COMPOSITE DOORS


Over recent years composite doors have become our customers’ residential door of choice: in fact, at NLG we now install five times more composite doors than we do Upvc doors – the main reasons for the rapid growth in choice of composite doors by customers are the enhanced thermal properties, improved security features and the more traditional solid, painted timber appearance.

NLG offer two ranges of composite doors and examples of each are on display at our showroom in the Gilwilly Industrial Estate in Penrith:

Safeguard – GRP (Glass Re-enforced Plastic) external finish with dense foam core

Solidor – ABS Thermo-Plastic external finish with solid engineered timber core

We have installed Safeguard doors for many years and feel that the recent addition of the Solidor, with its extensive style, hardware and colour options, offers even more choice to customers.
